About Natalie

I’m Natalie, a yoga teacher based in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

My connection to yoga began over a decade ago as something that helped me feel more like myself, particularly during times when life felt full and my mind was carrying more than it knew what to do with. Returning to the mat always offered a place to breathe, settle, and reconnect in a way that felt grounding and steady.

Over time, that connection grew into a quiet pull toward teaching and into something I wanted to share with others in a meaningful way.

What I love most is the way a room shifts during practice — the softening, the quiet settling, and the connection that forms without needing to be named. I love holding space where people can meet themselves honestly, in both the gentle moments and the ones that ask a little more.

My hope is that you leave my classes feeling grounded, clearer, softer in your body, stronger in your own way, and more at ease within yourself.

I care deeply about making yoga and wellbeing feel accessible and sustainable. Life changes constantly, and our practice needs room to move with us. I show up with sincerity, softness, and a genuine intention to support people in ways that feel human and steady.

Connection and community matter to me. I want the spaces I create to feel warm, welcoming, and grounded — places where you can arrive as you are and feel held in that. The Possible Collective grew from this intention: a space to return to yourself, move at your own pace, and feel supported through whatever season you are moving through.
